Exchange rates follow the rules of each credit card company.

Registration is required for all conference participants and accompanying persons. It will be done via Ex-Ordo.

If your paper is accepted and you would like to publish in the conference proceedings, prospective authors need to register and pay the registration fee regardless of conference participation. Payment will be made once your paper is accepted.

If you have previously paid and the Chairs or the Scientific Committee does not accept your final paper, the payment will not be refunded. For this reason, we recommend making the payment once your paper is accepted.​​

In case of reasons beyond the control of the congress organizers, the organization has the right to immediately alter or cancel the congress or any arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Conference.
